Terms of use and sale

Updated on 26 September 2026

1. Purpose

These terms govern the use of Trip&Go, an online service that helps you plan and enjoy a city trip: day-by-day itineraries, places, travel times, budget, packing, journal and tools to share with your travel companions. They apply to anyone who creates an account or buys a plan. By creating an account, you accept them.

For any question about Trip&Go or these terms, write to support@tripandgo.co. The French version of these terms prevails.

2. Account

You must be at least 16 to create an account. If you are a minor, buying a paid plan requires the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

You sign in with your email address or your Google account. Your account is personal: you are responsible for what is done with it and you agree to provide accurate information.

3. What Trip&Go does, and what it does not

Itineraries are suggested by our AI based on your answers and on public data about places (opening hours, locations, travel times, weather). They are suggestions: opening hours, exceptional closures, prices, works or traffic conditions may change without Trip&Go knowing. Check important information on site or with the places before you go.

Trip&Go is neither a travel agency nor a booking intermediary: it does not sell transport, accommodation or tickets, and the bookings you note in it remain contracts between you and the providers concerned.

4. Plans

Part of the service is free: for a first trip, the first day of the itinerary is built by our AI and can be seen without paying. The rest requires one of the following paid plans:

Trip&Go One unlocks one whole trip forever, for a one-time payment. Trip&Go+ unlocks all your trips while the subscription is active; it is monthly or annual and renews automatically at each term. Companions invited to an unlocked trip see it in full without paying.

What each plan includes and its price, all taxes included, are shown before purchase. The price paid applies to the current period; if a subscription price changes, you are told before the next renewal and may cancel before it applies.

5. Payment

Payment is processed by our payment provider, Whop. It is taken when you order, then at each term for a subscription. Whop's terms apply to the payment itself; Trip&Go never has access to your card details.

The invoice or receipt is issued at the time of payment and sent to the email address given when ordering.

6. Right of withdrawal

Plans give immediate access to digital content. By ordering, you ask for this access to start straight away and you acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access is opened (article L221-28, 13° of the French Consumer Code).

Amounts paid are therefore not refunded, unless the law requires it or in the event of a service failure attributable to Trip&Go.

7. Cancellation and account deletion

You may cancel a subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period already paid: you keep access until then, with no further charge.

You may also ask for your account and your data to be deleted. The publisher may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, after notifying you except in the case of a serious breach.

8. Fair use

Trip&Go is for personal, non-commercial use only. In particular, the following are prohibited: automated extraction of data or itineraries, reselling them, getting around paid access, abusing automatic features (link import, itinerary generation, city search), and publishing unlawful content or content that infringes the rights of others.

Each account can have our AI build up to 90 trip days over any rolling 30-day period, whatever the plan. This limit comfortably covers personal use; beyond it, a new generation is refused until the period frees up.

9. Your content and your companions

The notes, photos, Spots and other content you add remain yours. You allow Trip&Go to store and display them to run the service, and to show them to the companions you invite to a trip. You are responsible for what you publish and for the people you invite.

When you join someone else's trip, what you add to it is visible to the other members of that trip.

10. Liability

Trip&Go does its best to keep the service available and its information accurate, but cannot guarantee this at all times. The publisher is not liable for the consequences of information from a third-party source, of a decision made during a trip, or of an outage due to maintenance or to a provider.

Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have by law as a consumer.

11. Changes to the service and to these terms

The service may change. These terms may also be amended: the version in force is the one published on this page, and any significant change is announced to you before it applies to an ongoing subscription.

12. Personal data

How your data is processed is described in the privacy policy.

13. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by French law. The French version prevails.

In case of disagreement, first write to support@tripandgo.co to seek an amicable solution. Failing agreement, the dispute is brought before the competent courts; as a consumer, you may also go to the court of your place of residence.
